TERMS & CONDITIONS
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE SESSION FEE MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
RETOUCHED IMAGES SHALL BE PROVIDED 1-3 WEEKS AFTER THEY ARE SELECTED UNLESS PREVIOUSLY AGREED UPON(RETOUCHING PROCESS MAY BE EXPEDITED FOR THE FEE OF $50 FOR EACH LOOK BOOKED FOR).
ALL HAIR AND MAKEUP MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO THE PHOTO-SHOOT UNLESS ADDITIONAL TIME IS BOOKED FOR APPLICATION.
MAKEUP ARTISTS / HAIRSTYLISTS ARE WELCOMED ON SET FOR TOUCH UPS.
GUESTS ARE WELCOME DURING STUDIO SESSION AS LONG AS THEY DO NOT INTERFERE WITH THE SHOOT.
The photographer owns the copyright and can use it for any editorial use without permission of the person in the picture. Unless signed otherwise by client.
RESCHEDULING WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR SESSION WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE DISCRETION OF AIR.MCM AND AVAILABILITY; SESSIONS MUST BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF INITIAL NOTICE.
UNEDITED IMAGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ANY PACKAGE; CROP AND COLOR CORRECTED IMAGES MAY BE PURCHASE FOR $7.50 EACH OR 20 FOR $100.
YOUR SESSION BEGINS AT THE TIME BOOKED; ADDITIONAL TIME DUE TO TARDINESS WILL BE ASSESSED IN 15 MINUTE INCREMENTS($25). IF THERE IS A SESSION DIRECTLY AFTER YOURS, THERE WILL NOT BE AN OPPORTUNITY TO EXTEND YOUR SESSION.
ALL CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DISCUSSING THEIR DESIRED LOOK WITH THE PHOTOGRAPHER PRIOR TO THE SHOOT. FAILURE TO DO SO IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PHOTOGRAPHER AND WILL REFLECT IN YOUR IMAGES.
TRAVEL FEES WILL BE APPLIED BASED ON THE MILEAGE OF LOCATION.

Every 20 minutes attracts a $25 lateness fee Extra hour costs $1oo $100
Extra edits starts from $30 up per image
NO REFUNDS, ONLY RESCHEDULES
Prices are subject to change per service agreement and additional services that may be provided on site.
There are NO REFUNDS on completed shoots.
There is a non-refundable deposit due for all services to secure your date and time, you also have the option to pay in full.
Hair & Makeup are available for an additional charge.
For any shoot at a location of your choice ,travel fees will be assessed, please note this when booking so that you can be contacted to make arrangements and discuss pricing.

Full estimates can be determined after the creative direction consult session is completed if you have not already booked a shoot.
